Her age is recorded as Minimum 9yrs and Maximum 16yrs in different historical references at the time of consumation of the Marriage....In Islam a marriage cannot be solemonized or consumated until both the spouses have reached puberty....hence whatever her age would be...she would have reached puberty before marriage consumation.
